Volunteer Opportunities: DiverseCity Writing Series Mentor

The SLCC Community Writing Center is continually in need of volunteer Writing Mentors. Writing mentors facilitate on-going writing groups throughout the Salt Lake valley, assist in the development of the DiverseCity Writing Series anthology--sine cera, and participate in public readings for all types of writing, and all levels of writer.

Writing Mentors are immediately needed for the following location:

The City Library Group
Salt Lake City's Main Library
1st & 3rd Mondays, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
(1 volunteer needed)

GLBT Group
SLCC Community Writing Center

(1-2 volunteers needed)

Literacy Action Center
The Literacy Action Center

(2-3 volunteers needed)
